This assessment asks you to write an individual report (2,000 words) about how people behave and are managed inside a real organisation. You will use organisational behaviour (OB) theories to analyse:

• Organisational structure and culture
• Motivation and leadership
• Communication and teamwork

This will help you build a foundation in behavioural and organisational concepts and connect theory to real business practice.

You will select one real organisation, for example:

• McDonald’s
• Amazon
• Apple

• Unilever
• BP
• Starbucks
• A local SME or family business you know

The organisation can be from the public, private, or third sector.
