a) Critically discuss why a miscarriage of justice may occur.

b) Critically evaluate the impact that a wrongful conviction can have on those convicted, victims as well as the criminal justice system and society 1800-1900 words

Following the James Bulger case, England and Wales became reaffirmed in the view that the age of criminal responsibility should stay as it is despite it being criticised by the United Nations.
